Hey all, so i had the stomach flu two days ago and today I weighed myself and I was like 4 pounds lighter than normal (i was 151, im usually 155)...is this normal cus its kind of worrying me.

Normal. 4 pounds is nothing to worry about. Once you are back in the game, you will put those pounds back on without any effort.
