Does anybody know of any weight loss tablets that work and are available on the UK highstreets?

these are a quick fix to losing. you will put back on just as fast as losing once yr finished. better to stick to a good weight loss program and exercising which you can find some really good ones on this site

i know of weight loss pills, they cost ??17.50 a week, i have just posted a question, asking if anyone else is on them, and how they effect them, i am on them at moment, but cant say how they make me feel, my mind don't seem to be anywhere at times, they are antisupressants, they do work for a while,but i get stressed easy then i override them, i do find i get more energy from them, i need the energy as i have a under active thyroid, that makes me lose my weight slower than the average person, you get them from the national slimming clinic, you do see a doctor each time you go back for more and to be weighed, but as one of my answers said you should not take them if you suffer from depression, also there are a few other health matters such as blood pressure eg look them up first on the net to see if you be allowed them, they are called phentamime, also another one i have tried only worked for a short while were stacks got them from a body shop they are round ??30+ for a 100

Eat 1500 calories per day and you will loose 1lb per week

Avoid those tablets as it will make you not eat anythign you will loose it immedialtey but long term has lot of side effects.
Once you stop using them you will start to gain again.
Rather do some regular cardio to reduce the weigh loss.

your best staying away from diet pills from the highstreet as you dont know what they contain! go see your doctor and if you are over weight they can prescribe you some! the best advice i can give is get some will power and join a slimming club weight watchers is very good i lost 3 stone

No. Any doctor will tell you those things don't really work properly and have damaging side-effects. It is much better for your health to lose weight in a manner not threatening your physical well-being :)
