But a lot of diet pills have bad side affects, so id be careful.

There is a new tablet which is in the chemists in the next 2 months without perscription, cannot remember what it is called but if you look up new items from the sun news paper or Birmingham eving mail you may find it. They contain seaweed extract and swell supressing apitite and block fat from entering blood stream.

xenical is good but make sure you go to your doctor and ensure you are okay to use it
side effects is oily stools and leakage from the back passage
when you take these tablets you have to make sure you follow a calorie controlled diet, as if you put more than 30% fat in a meal the side effects will happen

im not sure but i watched a program about diet pills and they can be very dangerous.
i would just be very careful try getting a workout dvd like clubland work it out(do that 3 times a week atleast)
go swimming go out for a jog and eat healthy

you could also try going to weight watchers to my mum went there and she lost tonnes of weight.
