2008-05-25 18:47:47i'm 5Ɖ'' and i weigh 135 ish (it fluxuates) i also wear a 34 DD and i hate them. they never stop growing and they're the first place i gain weight. anyway, i hate how i look. i'm short and "curvy" i see it more as chunky. blablabla. i plan on losing at least 30 pounds this summer. help. don't bother bashing either because you're not going to change my mind.

2008-05-25 18:58:56I tried this and it really worked as i lost 100 pounds in 6 months....You set a target - walk say ...chicago to Wisconsin ..its about 300 miles...every day you walk 2 miles .....Brisk walking ....you got to do this daily around your neighbourhood ....until you reach 300 miles (dont travel to wisconsin..that just a imaginatory Goal).... haha.....on the day you reach 300 miles ..see the difference and have a diet on letuce, fruits and bread alone ....nothing JUNK

u can go to balley and work out there
or u can work out at home
by doing jumping jack for 15minute non stop unless
go runing
walking
and also dont forget to drink lots and lots of water and dont eat food with lots of fat or surgard
but u still can eat a saldad
plus u can do push up 100times everyday
if u do all that u will lost 30pounds
in the summer
