2012-02-22 03:05:04 +0000Ok I'm 17, 6Ɔ tall, and I weigh 220 lbs. This is the most I have ever weighed in my LIFE! I just got a ymca membership and I try to eat right but its SOOOO hard! I feel discouraged and end up quitting! I need to see results kinda soon if I want to keep the plan on board, because as I said earlier,I get discouraged and quit! I need vitamin sugestions, eat right tips, workout plans, and any words of wisdom you can offer! I will greatly appriciate anything!!!! Thanks and god bless!!!

If you dont want to go on a diet,here are some tips:
Drink water instead of pop
Eat fruits instead of cookies when you snack
Dont eat after 9:30 food you eat at night stays as fat on your body
i can guarantee that you WILL lose weight if you take out sweets cmpletely
But you dont have to
