2007-08-20 19:51:07I want to lose weight fast and i have like two months to do it i am looking to lose like twenty pounds i am like 190 now but want to drop twenty in two months. I dont care about healthy food or stuff like that. I want to shed pounds by any means. So if you have tips to drop weight fast like as soon as possible fast. Please give me some cuz i need it fast.

2007-08-20 19:59:55your attitude isnt getting into the right direction...by just losing weight by any means, youre not going to be doing it in any healthy way whatsomatter, not to mention gain all that weight back later and plus some
to start off, try working out, but it can start out slow..like go for a walk, 20 minutes...then add 3 minutes or 5 minutes every couple days or so...as for eating, dont cut out everything bad right away..for example if you eat pancakes for breakfast or waffles, or pop tarts..try a cereal high in fiber like FIBER ONE, which i highly recommend
-also to burn fat, you need to do some weight training..you can buy dvd's online, or go to a gym....
you will be much happier and not regain the weight like if you tried starving yourself...so good luck! you can do it

2007-08-20 19:59:01I have the xact same problem and i managed to lose a stone so far (14pounds) in 4 weeks, this is what i do.
No fizzy drinks or juices or alcohol, only water and plenty of it.
No kfc, mcdonald burger king, pizza hut, etc.
have one of those 1nce a week like i did but not to much of it.
obviously NO choclate, cakes, chips, crisps, and no butter for breakfast.
just eat healthy for breakfast, i ate vegetables (boiled). dont eat sweetcorn.
throughout the day take a 30 min walk. and at night exercise like crazy, lol.
i have a cross trainer and i did 300 calories on it and some weight training.
work really really hard the first 12 days cause thats when the weight comes off the fastest. good luck and hope i helped.

2007-08-27 18:19:28You should eat healthy and cut down on calories, but not too much. Someone I know lost an extreme amount of weight in a very short time, but she's become very strict about having too much calories. She went down to 200 calories a day! Just exercise a lot and eat protein so you dont get shaky or weak while you exercise. If you do have carbs, mix it with protein like if you have an apple, put some peanut butter on it. You can do it, if you stick to it. Keep up the motivation and set your alarm clock for a half hour earlier then when you wake up and grab some good music and go for a run, or even a walk. Any type of exercise helps. Please dont starve yourself, because its scary and you end up not caring about how much weight you lost and start caring about food way too much. You can do it without the unsafe stuff and if you do it the right way, you'll feel like you accomplished something instead of feeling hungry and being a freak about calories. Have fun with it and it'll be a lot easier!

That is what I use. Then you would probably want to do at least 30 minutes of cardio, like running or maybe a workout video, 4-5 times a week. Then 2-3 times a week do 30 minutes of strength training with weights. You could lose around 3 lbs a week. 20lbs in 2 months is definitely possible. = Good Luck!

2007-08-20 19:53:50This is doable for sure. Try 1200 calories a day(no less) and 30-40 minutes a day of sweat. Jog, swim, bike, aerobics whatever you like, just do it 6-7 days a week. Eat what you like but write down everything you eat (with calorie content) to keep you on track. You'll lose about 3 pounds a week if you're faithful to your new lifestyle. So no magic, no gimmicks, no pills or fad diets. Just a bit of discipline and hard work and you'll be right on target. If you stick to this plan you won't have to worry about your weight again... and good for you for leaving a realistic time frame to do it. Good luck
