2012-01-27 16:42:28 +0000Im 5Ɗ weigh 62 kgs and a teenager. Want to lose weight/fat.. I want to become thinner more than losing weight, according to bmi im at a normal weight so thats fine. But im not too fat not slim either. And i want to be slim and have a healthy athletic body, i do sports but at school in physical education.. i need help please!!..
And dont say i dont need to change or anything of a sort!

2012-01-27 16:51:47 +0000There is no magic way just eat the proper foods, portions, and exercise daily. If you do this you should lose about 1-2 lbs a week. Or you may just need to lightly tone up your body. Don't do anything extreme because your body can get confused and give you the opposite effect of what you want. The body is complex, treat it kindly and it will give you the results you need.
