I really like eating raw veggies, and nutrition-wise foods. Just watch what you eat. No soda or fast food unless it's absolutely nessicary. LOTS of water, and don't sit on your butt all day. Go for a 30 minute walk everyday when it's nice. If it's snowy or nasty outside, look online for indoor excersises, or yoga.

Then you can easily to reach your goal. keep active and try to do something interesting to draw out your attention with food. gum is quite good stuff, when you feel hungry just put 1 piece in your mouth that is only 5 calories.
