2009-01-28 17:41:49Because of a knee injury I cant run or do squats or any of those things. I am a very physically active person, so watching this weight pile on is absolutely DESTROYING me! I worked so hard to have a good body and now its gone. What are some things I can do to lose 20 pounds or so before my cruise march 21? Thanks!
(is there any healthy pills or vitamins that help aid in weight loss? I am 16 sooo ya.)

2009-01-28 17:47:08do 20 sit ups a day, but 5 sec b/t each sit up. you don't sweat a ton, but it really works. and try swimming. pills take away muscle, not just fat. maybe some aerobic exercise?

2009-01-28 17:55:57I also hurt my knee and gained weight. My solution was eating one cup of Dannon Light & Fit Yogurt, as well as a NutriGrain bar, every day. I ate everything else that I wanted, and I lost 8 pounds in two weeks. If you did this diet until March, I bet you could lose 20 pounds. (:
Also, I did 50 crunches a day. Note: The faster you do crunches, the less you feel them, but they're still effective!
