Do more exercise, like lifting weights. Work out 5 days a week and do not give up. It may take a while to see results, probably about 3 months, but when you do it will be great and you will quickly continue to see better results. Do not be lazy! Cut out any kind of fast food and eating out. Only eat homemade food that is not ridiculously unhealthy.
