    Im 16 almost 17 and only just started going through puberty.
    Will smoking stuff things up for me?
    I go to the gym now and I wanna loose the baby fat and tone up. Im pretty tall 6 foot and weigh 80kg but its not muscle its mainly fat. Also what exercise should I do and what should I eat?

    Woah you started late! Dont smoke it doesnt make you any thinner just kills you and its not like you get anythign decent from it. And if you mean smoking weed well that gives you the munchies!! Just hit the gym and go on the weights!

    First, I understand where you're coming from.
    I've succesfully lost a ton of weight about a year ago and here are basically the steps I followed.
    1) You have to make a plan. This means plan what exercise you are going to do each day and what food you are going to eat.
    2) Eat small meals but more frequently. This is like 5-7 1/3 meals each day. Try and keep it a balanced diet, this means add a bit of variety and don't forget plenty of veg.
    3) Drink water frequently throughout the day. This will keep you hydrated, makes you feel full (you won't be tempted for any treats) and it also cleans out toxins and other crap from your body.
    4)The dreaded word - exercise. You want to be doing cardio exercise and my best advice is just do something you enjoy. Wether it be swimming, jogging with music or running nude down the beach. After a while exercise will become more fun and not a chore.
    5) Maybe the most improtant point of them all, focus and determination. Remember this "the shortest distance between two points is a straight line" - this means you have to only do actions which will bring you closer to your goal.
    With the right plan and willpower you will achieve weight loss. Not only will you be less self-concious and more confident, you'll feel a great sense of pride over what you achieved.
