    Done lost 54 lbs, but i want to weight 120, my weight is now is 234 , 5Ɖ short. what do you think would appove alot.

    Good for you, 54 lbs! Another 114 lbs more!
    Do it healthily. Lose weight slowly so you can prevent sagging skin and folds.
    Eat more veggies, lean meat and complex carbs.
    I am on low carb, low fat, high fibre, high protein and brisk walking an hour 5 times a week. And I have lost 31lbs and now maintaining my 108lbs for more than a year.

    u have to exercise daily but it has to b consistent and u have to eat rite soon u should sexy in no time

    snack every 3 hours like if it's chips only eat the amount of 2 hands cupped together... eat the full 3 meals... doing this will keep up your metabolismand help you lose weight faster... but eat heathy food... and heathy food at mcdonalds doesn't count, because it's not actually heathy

    Walking is how I went from a size 14 to a 1. Was not looking to lose that much it just happened. I ate 6 times a day, mainly protien. As long as you feel better that is what matters. Remember also that muscle weighs more than fat so the scale does not always read what is there
