    Have any woman, lost a lot of weight really quickly (like 60 pounds in 6 weeks) and then kept it off? I have lost about that in that space of time and then now that im facing having to return to normal eating im nervous!

    Yes but were you trying to lose weight or did it just happen? You may need to get a check up if it just happen. You want to make sure there is no underlying problem.
    Make sure you eat more protein than carbs. Make sure you drink at least 64 oz of water a day.
    Work out at least 2 to 3 x a week to regain muscle mass especially if you were in ketosis when you lost all the weight.
    If you feel like you must have snacks try to stick with fresh fruit and vegs. But be careful how many fruit and what type of fruit you eat. Some fruits are high in sugars. Now true it is natural sugar but it is sugar. So don't 10 peaches in one afternoon. lol

    You should start a weight lifting routine so to put back the muscle that you most definatly lost while losing that weight so fast. also when you start to eat normally you should for the first couple month eat a lot of protein and not much carbs in order to keep your body from storing much fat. If you do start to put the weight back on just do some cardio 3-5 times a week 30 min a day and that should help some.

    I've yet to hear of any woman losing 60 pounds in 6 weeks and keeping it off. Usually, if someone loses that much weight in such a short amount of time, the weight returns and nearly doubles.
    Weight loss like that is extremely unsafe and can damage the body.
