    diet and exercise. cardio at least 3 times a week for an hour.
    diet is very very important... watch what you eat. You should try some frozen dinners, they have many choices at jewel and many of them are under 400 calories, good luck.

    I don't think there is a "quick" fix, u jus have to eat healthily and exercise. Sorry, cuz i'm sure that's not wut u wanted to hear.

    Being a wrestler, i know fast diets that can cut up to ten pounds in a week.
    Breakfast: Optima shake mix mixed with a glass of milk.
    Lunch: Nothing, or a tangerine.
    Dinner: Green Beans and Fish (not fried)
    Snacks: Air popped popcorn with nothing added.
    Doesn't sound fun but if you dedicated, it will work.

    I'm an athlete (track) and have worked and a gym, and from my experience, there's a lot you can do. First of all, I would start with exercise! Cardio drops the most pounds. If you get your heart rate up every day for 30-45 minutes, you will lose weight and start seeing results pretty quickly. This can be through running, swimming, riding a bike, aerobics and kickboxing classes, or even those cardio machines at the gym. As far as diet, I would drastically cut down your fat and sugar intake (some sugar is okay, since that is brain food), eat lots of protein, and eat less red meat (try fish, turkey, chicken...), and don't forget your fruits and veggies. Whatever you do, DO NOT DO THE NO CARB DIET! Your body needs carbs, since it's what gives your body energy. It's just a matter of which carbs you choose to eat (bread is not a good one) and how much of it you eat. You also want to eat 3 healthy meals a day with 2 sensible snacks inbetween. If you skip meals, it will slow down your metabolism, causing your body to store more fat, rather than burn it. Good luck with your dieting, and I hope I was of some help!

    Honestly this probably isnt the healthiest answer...but fast! I do it ALL the time to drop like 3lbs in a weekend so I can look super thin for a date or event...in fact i'm doing it now for Wednesday, haha. I'm not anorexic, trust me, but a week or however long u can I cut out breakfast (coffee only..eating in the AM starts your metabolism and will make u hungrier more often during the day). Whenever I get hungry I drink coffee or green tea (temporarily curbs appetite) and for lunch I have a fruit (usually grapefruit or banana). More coffee or tea when you get hungry after lunch and for dinner I have a small portion of lean meat like chicken breast. also drink a TON of water...u will feel bloaded @ first but it helps after a bit. After maybe like 4 or 5 days of this your clothes are noticeably looser. Don't cheat and step on the scale in the AM for inspiration...when u see that you drop a pound or so in your 1st day u will feel rewarded to keep it up. If you think about cheating think of your clothes fitting tight again and all the hard work going to waste! After your event/whatever u were losing the weight for, treat yourself to a nice, reasonably healthy dinner... :)

    From my own experience, weight loss was very hard. I chose to search for information on diet supplements and pills.     you cant diet for life...once you stop dieting the weight returns as fat,though you may have lost muscle weight as well!the only way to deal with excess body fat is a total change of lifestyle...workout 5 or 6 days a week(do both cardio & toning workouts) and simply calorie shift your food portions healthily...
