2008-09-13 11:40:17Not trying to be a smart @ss, but healthy food. Get rid of junk food, fast food, foods high in fat/sugar, processed foods, sodas, etc. And instead eat fruits, vegetables, lean meats, and replace your drinks with water.
Not really sure if you're trying to eat the same type of food for your diet or if you're trying to just incorporate a healthy food into your current diet, but either way you need a balanced healthy diet.

2008-09-13 11:43:23Yogurt is really good and low on calories. Nuts are also good to eat, they keep your hunger down which is a good thing to snack on. Get rid of the junk food and fast food and splurge 1 to 2 days a week so your body does not totally feel left out.. I mean splurge by around 1 meal of your choice.
Work that with cardio and your good. :)

2008-09-13 11:55:02If you want to lose weight there are a lot of weight loss programs around. Some include replacing meals with a liquid food, but I personally would not recommend that, because they leave you feeling hungry and deprived of food.
I would recommend Fat Loss 4 Idiots. It is a weight loss program which uses a technique called calorie shifting. It works by you eating different foods in different patterns each day. It even allows you to eat more than 3 times a day. If you would like to know more please see my profile.
