    I would say the higher caloric intake and higher exercise level. The exercise will boost your metabolism throughout the day whereas just reducing your caloric intake is going to slow it down. It's not so much about how much you eat, just make sure you're eating the right things. Cut out the sodas and sugary food, stick with green leafy vegetables and lean protein. Eat fruit in moderation and drink water every chance you get.
