2007-05-16 01:21:24Pills aren't going to help all that much and they can have some serious side effects. You'd have better luck using an ECA stack, proper diet and exercise.
When I was looking at getting ripped I was taking 96mg of ephedrine, 800mg of caffeine and 3 aspirins a day (divided up into 3 doses).
This was combined with some lactic acid training (do a search for "Meltdown training") and a low carb / mid fat / high protein diet (do another search for "T-Dawg diet").
This enabled me to get down to about 10%bf but it wasn't easy.

2007-05-16 01:04:51believe me, unless you are obese...which you obviously aren't, pills are a waste of money. You gotta stick to a lower fat diet. lean meats, low fat dairy, complex carbs, plenty of greens and fruits while limiting your sugar intake and watching your caloric intake. Sorry, but some things just take work.

2007-05-16 01:12:23you seem to be fine, you shouldnt feel like u need to lose weight coz u dont..... you're good the way you are.... 15% body fat isnt that much.
Buuttt, if u really wana lose weight then my suggestion is DONT use weight loss pills, first of all they wont work and 2nd of all they're dangerous, and have side effects. dont resort to pills just to lose weight. it comes with heaps of risks u dont want. just exercise, try to eat better. if you feel like eating something unhealthy have something healthy instead. get motivated, take a walk or something, or join a sports team. weight loss pills arent going to do anything long-term, basically just eat right and exercise and keep doing it or if you just stop you'll just gain weight again, so keep focused. good luck.

2007-05-16 02:27:23Over the last 2 years I have tried numerous over the counter diet pills/fat burners with absolutely NO results. Instead of losing weight the only thing I lost was my money and time!!!!
A couple of weeks ago I heard about phentermine from someone who lost about 25 pounds in 2 months using phentermine 37.5 mg. Her cousin lost about 50 pounds in 3 months using it. Naturally I was interested in phentermine 37.5 mg and began to do some research on it. After my research I decided to give it a try.
Phentermine works GREAT!!!!! So far in 12 days I have lost 9 pounds!!!!!
I ordered my phentermine (37.5 mg) from a website called US-Pills.com and received my order in 6 days. They do have express shipping if you want to receive your order sooner. I paid $199.00 for 90 pills, which is a 3 month supply. I know that sounds expensive, but I checked NUMEROUS web sites and this site seemed to have the best prices and also seemed to be a legit site. If you can get a prescription from your doctor it would be a lot cheaper. Unfortunately, my doctor refused to provide me a prescription because she said I was not obese and she only will prescribe phentermine to obese patients.
Since I've been taking my phentermine (37.5 mg) I've had great results. I feel like I'm melting. My closes are fitting loser and when I look at myself in the mirror after I get out of the shower I look and feel smaller.
I take 1 pill per day as soon as I get up in the morning. About 30 minutes later I go to the gym. I feel so energized and have the best workouts then I have had in a long time. I am able to work out longer and harder. I eat my breakfast when I get home from the gym. I'm not hungry all day and have no cravings for sweets or bad foods like I normally would before I started using phentermine. Because I no longer have the bad cravings I eat healthy small meals throughout the day. Since I'm not hungry anymore, I'm probably consuming about 800-1000 calories per day.
Phentermines is GREAT but, you should not use phentermine if you have or have ever had heart disease, high blood pressure, arteriosclerosis (narrowing of the arteries), hyperthyroidism (overactive thyroid gland), diabetes, glaucoma, or a history of drug abuse. As with any medication/drug it's always best to consult your doctor.
PLEASE NOTE:
It's true that I've lost 9 pounds so far using phentermine 37.5mg and I'm sure I'll accomplish my goal if I continue to use it. But, I also truly believe that my working out, eating healthy and drinking lots of water has a lot to do with the weight loss results. I don't think I would get these results with the phentermine alone.
I firmly believe that regular exercise, eating healthy and drinking lots of water is very very important, not just to accomplish my weight loss goal, but for the rest of my life!!!
If you lose weight with phentermine or any other weight loss aide(s) or diet(s) and fail to exercise and eat healthy regularly you will gain the weight back and probably more!!!!!
Hope this was helpful and good luck in your weight loss success!!!!!

2007-05-16 01:08:04I really dont think that taking diet pills at 18 years of age, with only 15% body fat is a good idea. 15% body fat is average for men (http://www.brianmac.demon.co.uk/fatcent.... ) and diet pills are really unhealthy.
Perhaps you should try working on your personality instead - then you wont need a 'ripped' body.

2007-05-16 01:09:10Duromine works wonders but you will have a very hard time trying to find a doctor to prescribe it, as you are not overweight enough. MAybe just do heaps of weights...that burns fat good too.

2007-05-16 10:24:42I'm trying to lose weight too and it's sooo hard. My aunt is using a weight loss product and it's really working for her. I'm gonna try it and I recommend you try it too. Check their website at
http://www.myl2you.info , they gave my aunt a free trial of Hoodia, a free diet guide, and a free recipe booklet. She only paid $7.99 shipping and handling.
