Ephedrine has been banned by the FDA in America, that happened several years ago. The reason being is it causes cardiac problems, including death. I used to take ephedrine without realizing that's what I was taking, it was quite awhile ago. I lost a bunch of weight and had a ton of energy! But that was before they knew it was bad for you. I had a lot of heart palpitations at the time too, actually, I still get them from time to time now.
As far as phentermine goes, I don't know a lot about it. I couldn't tell you. But I'm attaching a website for your perusal pleasure. This website lists every weight loss drug on the market and you can compare them.
