Crystal meth is great, I'm currently doing that and am losing weight, but you have to be careful cause crystal is very addicting. Do it early in the morning so that you can fall asleep at night. You don't want to be sleep deprived.
Drink a lot of water to get your metabolism working. Eat once in a while, like fruit or vegitables and try taking a multivitamin cause you're missing out on vitamins.
Don't do it straight for a couple weeks cause the come down will be harsh. Do it for a week, quit for three days then start again.
Also, if you're gonna snort it, snort some water before you fall asleep so you can clear your nasal passage.

please do not take any of the suggestions above, about taking crystal meth, not even ephedrine. ever wonder why they are illegal? it's because there have been cases of heart attacks among patients who took this drug.
