Chinese Reduction tea basically has a laxative effect, and supposedly it helps shrink your stomach so the next day you won't eat as much. It isn't too painful, follow the directions. It doesn't make you lose weight, but it may help you with night cravings (if you drink it you don't want to eat anything else because it doesn't taste very good), and it may give you a mental placebo effect. It WON'T work without CARDIO, WEIGHTS, and EATING RIGHT!!!! Good luck! Oh yeah, it is really cheap, you can get it at your local Asian food store... like the price of normal tea.
