I have Wii Fit Plus but I'm not sure what exercises and games do what, or help with what areas they help. So what is a set of games/ exercises i can do daily that will help me lose weight? ( I understand that i cannot rely solely on this routine to lose weight )

try eating slower and daily using free run for an hour atleast.
