Answer:will 1 glass of whole milk a day make me put on weight or is it good for weight loss
2008-02-10 13:56:55Don't know but I drink a glass of milk a day, and when I switched from whole to semi-skimmed I did notice some weight loss.
I'm trying to put weight back on now as I lost a lot lately so I've switched back to whole milk because it is more fattening.

I have no idea how much energy your body needs to digest a glass of milk , compared to how much calories are inside , and how much calories your body can take up..
read up on it

Some studies indicate that people who add dairy products into a reduced-calorie diet lose more weight than those who cut back on their calories but consume little or no dairy. Other studies have concluded there's no effect on weight loss."
