Ask:Will small amounts of alcohol affect weight loss
2012-01-31 03:38:46 +0000I've unfortunately gained 60 pounds over the last 6 months due to a sedentary life style(broken leg), horrible diet, & beer. Three weeks ago I started working out seriously again(1-2 hours of heavy cardio 6 days a week & 3 days weight training), and have fixed my diet to it's previous point(nuts, veggies & chicken), but have only been able to cut back my beer to 2-3 a night. I have lost zero weight so far....is the beer to blame, or is 3 weeks too soon to judge.
I'm 27, 6Ɗ", and 255lbs.

Answer:Will small amounts of alcohol affect weight loss

The taste is not great, but it will help you reduce some of those calories from regular beer. There are some beer with less than 100 calories per bottle. You can find out more calories information on many beer on the internet.
In addition, I think that you have to know how much food that you consume each day, so that you can evaluate how much calories that you're taking in. By knowing the approximate calories intake per day, you can try to eat less in every meal. Eat more greens, some lean meat, and less fat will help you succeed. Of course, don't forget to exercise. You want your metabolism rate to go up so it will help you to burn fat. Knowledge and determination is your only key to success.
