I was looking at a friends Perricone supplement packets for weight loss. Dr. Perricone seems like a quack to me, and his metabolism blend is insanely expensive ($219.00 per month!) But I know that, despite the wariness people (including me) have regarding diet pills, there are a few supplements medically accepted to aid slightly in weight loss. What supplements should I take, and what do they do? How about pill packets like perricone's, but better and less expensive? Please, please include a reference, thanks :)
