Lunch: 2 T. peanut butter and 2 slices of wheat bread, 1/2 cup tropical trail mix, mini water bottle
After school: 2 clementines
Workout: 30-50 min workout video, 10 min Pilates, 10 min hip hop workout video, 20 minute fast jogging treadmill, 25 sit-ups, and 100 jumping jacks. Mon- Fri after school.
Dinner: Something small like a green veggie salad ( dinner is suppose to be your smallest meal)
Workout: Sat- Pilates stretch video Sun- Pilates stretch video + 30 minute walk + 5 minute jog.
I'll be eating breakfast at 6:30 in the morning, lunch at 10:35, snack at 3:00, and dinner at 6:30. I want to lose 10 lbs. How long will it take me if I do this?
