    so im 12 i weigh 125 and im 5Ɔ. i want to loose 25 plds fast. so im starting this weight loss plan
    exercise- swimstroke
    dumbbells flys
    two arm row
    lateral shoulder raise
    bicep curl
    dips
    figure 4 squat
    squat
    hamstring curl
    calve lift
    reverse crunch
    side crunch
    ab reach
    two times daily + normal exercise
    meal plan-
    breakfast- fruit, yogurt, cereal bar, OJ, milk, coffee
    lunch-(school lunch)
    snack- icecream, chips
    dinner-(im a vegetarian)
    if i have to catch the bus at 9:02 am around what time should i get up when it normally takes me 2 hourse to get ready. and fit in these exercises b4 i take my shower.
    thx alot! any suggestions on how i can make things better (expecially meal plan!) r welcome!
    oh and how long do u think it will take me to complete my goal of loosing 25 plds?

    Just remember, just beccause you are over 100 pounds, doesn't make you fat, or over weight nessersarily..
    Oh, and there is no such thing as fast weight lose, either. It takes time.
    Have vegetable sticks or fruit instead of the ice cream and chips, other than that, if you can actually keep the rountine up, then go for it.

    That sounds really great. Now the trick is to stick to your plan and follow through with it, I bet you can reach your goal. My guess would be in a couple months, since you're a preteen and they lose weight pretty fast.
    My only suggestion is to cut back on the ice cream and chips. Try something healthy, like yummy fruits or a salad. You can always sneak your other snacks in, as long as they're in moderation.

    I'd find something healthier than ice cream and chips. Chips are empty calories and won't keep you full long enough until dinner. Try some peanut butter with apple slices instead. (peanut butter has the 'good fats' in it)
    Also pick frozen yogurt or sorbet instead of ice cream.
    Breakfast could be a bit more substantial. I'd wonder about the school lunch. School lunches are not exactly considered healthy or low calories. ANy way you can bring soup and a sandwich instead?
    Also losing weight fast could leave you with flabby skin, so take it a bit slow and steady. No more than 2-3 lbs a week.
    Take a multi-vitamin too so you're not losing nutrition and take it with a meal.
    LOTS Of water, at least 8 glasses a day

    If you will act on your plan as you are saying, i am sure you will lose weight take out the ice-cream out of the schedual

    yes, the excersizing looks good..
    but your snacks say ice cream & chips..
    you're just gaining bake the weight that you lost!
    go with carrots and dip, or something more healthy.

    i think that it's scary yet sad that at 12 u know what a diet is.
    u are 5Ɔ and 125? worry about grades, get into extracurricular activities such as martial artsl u most definitely wouldn't have to worry about dieting after taking that class.
    stop teetertottering with your body at this early age. by the time u reach adult hood when diet comes into play, nothing will work because of the manipulation that you have caused on your body so early in life.
    i don't want to see you as an annorexic or bulemic. u will be going down that road in life if you continue think constantly about your weight at this age.
    kids your age should be talking about bratz dolls , cute moviestars, etc, not diets.

    First off, 125 is a totally normal weight for someone of your height and age. But if you must loose weight, this is what i suggest:
    Simply stick to cardio and watch what you eat.
    There is no need do any type of strength training exercises unless you want to gain muscle, which will actually cause you to gain weight. Running, biking, swimming, and rowing are good ways to shed unwanted weight.
    As for your diet, just watch how many calories you eat. As long as you can burn more calories then you eat you will be on your way to losing weight. I have found that one easy way to cut down on calories is to stop drinking soda and juices and drink nothing but water for a while. Also, watch out for the sweets. No ice cream or chips!
    Depending on the way your body works and how much you commit to your exercise and diet will all determine how fast you lose weight. It generally takes quite a while to loose 25 pounds.
