2007-08-13 09:29:11I started my own diet last week which includes going to the gym and fast-walk 2 miles (45 min) and then do some weights. I go monday to friday. My diet plan includes no sweets, no coke (only water), no fried foods, and no bread & rice. I weight 210 lbs and my height is 5ཆ. My current pants size is 38 cause I have big hips. I've lost 5 lbs since I started. What you guys think? Should this work out for me? thanks

2007-08-13 09:35:37its sounds great,, excercise everyday with the lower calorie is just what is needed.. add veggies and fruit.. and drink milk(if you like it ) every 2nd week, give your self a small treat. like one (just one) scoop of icecream as a reward for a great job..it will be hard at first because you may get tired from going to the gym but after a few weeks you will actually look forward to going..
