i was on a diff diet and i lost 5kgs in 4 days and it was a soup so pls help i cant do the soup again

Burn more calories than you eat.
Cut your fat intake.
Eat three cups of fat free low cal yogurt a day (make sure it has live cultures in it) and pineapples. This helps you break down your food and promotes weight loss. You still need to eat low fat proteins. You will probably need 1600-2000 calories a day.
Do 45-60 min. of aerobic exercise a day (preferably before you eat in the morning). This will attack the fat. Try to supplement your training with some running, running stairs or hills, and cycling. Mix it up, it will keep your body guessing.
Do 30 min of weight training three times a week. This will build lean muscle which will in turn burn fat.

I would add a small about of low GI (a cup of brown rice or wholemeal pasta) a day. And you should eat some protein, even just some tinned fish.
As to how much you will lose, that depends on how much water you are holding already, fluid is all you will lose.
Your body would go into starvation mode and store everything you eat. So if you did break your diet (as you probably would) and ate something fatty your body would store it instead of burning it.
I know you didn't want to hear this, but it isn't a healthy way to lose weight. Tweek it a little, with some carbs and protein and it would be fine.

Your temporary weight lose with soup was simply emptying you digestive tract and water lose. And it was temporary wasn't it? ( BTW I know the answer)

Not only will it help you with your diet, but eating sea vegetables helps tone down the craving for sugar (which adds many, many pounds/kgs), and is high in protein and calcium -- which from your diet, you're not getting enough of.
