Weight watchers I think would be the way to go, they have recipes so you can make your own food plus foods like Lean Cuisine have weight watchers points on them so if you need a quick meal you will still be able to eat healthy and stick to your plan. Also the on-line fetchers of weight watchers is nice and helpful. They also tend to teach you how to eat and what to eat if you read over their articles and listen to what they say. That way once you get the weight off you will have learned how to eat healthy for the rest of your life. That's why say weight watchers would be the better of the two. =)

i would start eating healthy, and excersing. i don't know that much about each of those weight lose selection, but i do know that diet and excercise will help you
