I lived in England for 2 years and NO - they have a lot of very rich, high fat, yummy foods that might tempt you:
Scones, bangers & mash (mashed potatoes and sausages), fish (or chicken) and chips ..... and a ton more things ...

hmm maybe, compared to America junk food is slightly less ubiquotous and slightly more expensive.
there's still plenty of it though, and have you seen what exactly comprises the traditional English breakfast?!!

According to those Swedish weight loss pills, it pays to be a Swede.
I dont really know how considering all those rich foods they make.
