1) drinking more (water/ green tea)
2)brushing my teeth to make food less tempting
3) getting treats like magazines to replay chocolate treats

2008-03-05 08:04:04the less processed foods in your diet the healthier and leaner you will be. a diet loaded with man made foods loaded with various chemicals is the best way to not be healthy or lean. if you can't pronounce what's in the foods you consume you shouldn't be eating it...

I really have tried all kinds of things...and haven't found anything I could stick with until now!! I'm really excited...truly! Each week I lose a little more weight...and so far since Feb 19th, 2008 I've lost 8.5 pounds and 22.5 inches (you measure yourself everywhere!!). Take a look at it...what have you got to lose??!!

2008-03-05 08:11:40you can try to eat fresh produce. it seems like the less junk you eat the less you crave it and also you can do a cleanse. Exercise of course and try to eat less fast food.

Ground Turkey instead of beef
Fat free milk / whole milk
Whole grain
splenda/ sugar
2.) Water (the amount of calories you save are insane)
3.) Reward system (If you reward your body every onces in awhile it gives you alot of will power!!
