I personally don't think there is any such thing as the best weight loss pill. With the proper exercise, eating habits and rest you can be the size you want to be. It takes lots of determination. I am 46 and have 6 children and I am a size 9/10. This may not be what you wanted to hear, but I hope it is helpful to you. Never give up.
